General-aviation / light-aircraft maintenance for piston and turbine fixed-wing up to 5700 kg, with approved avionics workshop (Garmin and TRIG authorised dealer), airworthiness management, hangarage and parts in Hangar 49, north side of Exeter Airport. MRO in former Flybe hangar at Exeter Airport; base maintenance across up to 6 hangar bays on ATR 42/72, Bombardier/De Havilland DHC-8 (incl. Q400) and Embraer ERJ 170/190 families, with central back-shop (composite, component, machining, welding, interior, structural, paint). UK CAA / EASA Part-145. Dublin Aerospace Group's UK subsidiary, operational from 2020/21; holds 3-year BA Cityflyer E190 base-maintenance contract (Jan 2025-Jun 2027).

AIP AD 2.4 directs cargo handling to XLR Executive Jet Centres: bulk and ULD handling, main-deck hi-loader (pallet) 7000 kg, forklift; limited facilities for outward cargo.

Airport directly employs its security staff as part of its ~275-strong in-house operations/handling/security/maintenance workforce (2024).
