Separately, China Southern's Shanghai Branch directly procured 'Wuxi airport ground agent services' (project CZ•••, 3-year term, 100% rate) from the same operator. Company (registered 2003, reorganized 2010 with Suzhou/Jiangsu Transport Holding/Wuxi Xinfa as added co-investors) states it runs the airport's daily operations and safety assurance.
