China National Aviation Fuel (CNAF) Qingdao International Airport Aviation Fuel Co., Ltd. (中航油青岛国际机场航空油料有限责任公司)
Into-plane refuelling agent at TAO; completed the airport's first-ever aircraft fuelling on 12 Aug 2021 the moment operations transferred from Liuting, per CNAF/Paper.cn reporting. Jet fuel is supplied to the airport via a direct pipeline from Sinopec Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co. De-icing Seasonal
Qingdao International Airport Group Co., Ltd. (青岛国际机场集团有限公司)
TAO was built with two dedicated de-icing fluid mixing/refuelling centres (each ~60t of concentrate in twin 30t tanks) feeding a centralised de-icing apron with sloped fluid-collection channels and a wastewater treatment module, per published airport design documentation; Qingdao winters bring occasional snow/ice so the facility sees genuine seasonal use. Operating company not separately named — attributed to the airport authority.

Aircraft cleaning Unconfirmed
Qingdao International Airport Group Co., Ltd. (青岛国际机场集团有限公司)
No separately named aircraft-cleaning contractor was found for TAO; cabin/lavatory/water servicing is presumed bundled into the airport's own in-house ground-handling turnaround (standard practice at Chinese hub airports) but this is not independently confirmed for TAO.

Continuity onto the Jiaodong (TAO) cargo terminal after the 2021 airport transfer is plausible given the JV's airport-group ownership but was not independently re-confirmed for TAO, so downgraded from available to unconfirmed pending direct confirmation.
