As the INFRAERO-run airport operator it provides the core airfield/apron infrastructure and stand allocation, per INFRAERO's standard self-provision model at aerodromes it operates directly; ramp/passenger handling for the resident carrier's own flights is separately performed by that carrier's station staff (self-handled, see Azul entry). No distinct third-party ramp-handling contractor was identified. As the designated administrator and operator of SBSO, INFRAERO is nationally responsible for airport/aviation security (AVSEC) at aerodromes it runs directly; DECEA's AISWEB register confirms the field carries a Category 5 civil Rescue and Fire-Fighting Service (RFFS), consistent with the airport's own "Caminhão de Bombeiros Fênix AP2" fire truck. No Sorriso-specific AVSEC screening contract was independently located, so passenger/baggage security specifically is recorded as standard INFRAERO practice rather than a confirmed on-site detail.
