Concessionária responsible for Guarulhos Intl (São Paulo) won the ANAC auction for a 12-airport Northeast/Legal-Amazon regional block on 27 Nov 2025 (AEROIN, O Globo) and formally assumed management of Aeroporto Santa Magalhães/Serra Talhada, together with Araripina and Garanhuns (PE), around 15-17 Apr 2026 (G1, AEROIN, Jornal Desafio and Cidade Recife all corroborate the handover date); this supersedes prior concessionaire Dix Aeroportos, which had administered the field since 16 May 2022.
