Small domestic regional airport serving the remote Caribbean-coast city of Bilwi (Puerto Cabezas), RACCN; sole scheduled carrier is La Costeña, flying Cessna Grand Caravans daily to Managua with onward connections along the Atlantic Coast (Bluefields, Corn Island). Despite EAAI's stated plans to upgrade it to international status and occasional 'International' branding in third-party listings, it remains domestic-only today — customs/immigration must be coordinated ad hoc with the respective authorities rather than through a standing post, and there is no confirmed on-field fuel supply; infrastructure is minimal (daylight-only ops, no confirmed ATC tower, no ILS).

La Costeña
La Costeña (Aerotaxis La Costeña S.A.) is the only airline with scheduled service at Puerto Cabezas/Bilwi Airport (MNPC/PUZ), confirmed by Nicaragua's airport authority EAAI, running daily flights to Managua and other Atlantic Coast points plus air-taxi charters; a former second carrier, Atlantic Airlines, has discontinued operations here. No independent ground handling company, FBO, or fuel supplier is named for this station in any airport-directory source found, and independent sources describe baggage handling as the only ground service reported at the field, which also has no fuel available. This indicates La Costeña self-handles its own turnarounds at this remote, minimal-infrastructure station, though no source states this in so many words.
