Composite / structures shop — confirmed FAA/EASA approved facility at 21 Monument Crescent, Prestwick specializing in repair and refurbishment of aircraft structures, flying surfaces, nacelles and engine accessories, with a component pool for AOG; 35,000 sq ft figure per company materials, not independently re-verified; class rating unconfirmed.

Electrical wire-harness shop — confirmed at Unit 1, 2A Kyle Road, Irvine Industrial Estate (~7 miles from Prestwick Airport, same Ayrshire metro area); EASA/FAA/CAA Part 145 repair station specializing in test, repair and overhaul of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses, looms and cables, and confirmed to also overhaul VBV/VSV actuators using OEM manuals and spares for CF6 and CFM56 engines; issues Form 1; class rating unconfirmed.

NDT shop — confirmed site at Building 10, Spirit AeroSystems, Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire KA9 2RW; 13 full-time aerospace NDT technicians based at the Prestwick site plus 24/7 support team, with a further 20 technicians available from other UK sites; ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant inspection of components/sub-assemblies, plus calibration and repair services; holds UK CAA, FAA, EASA and NADCAP approvals (Part 145 wording not explicit on current site).
