Named for James Bond creator Ian Fleming, whose Goldeneye estate lies nearby in Oracabessa; serves the north-coast Ocho Rios resort corridor mainly via private/charter GA traffic. Reopened for scheduled international service in Jan 2011 but traffic has stayed very low (just 1,479 passengers and a US$1.73m operating loss in 2023, per AAJ); American Airlines began twice-weekly Miami flights in Feb 2024, which should lift figures once newer AAJ data is published.
