Airport brought passenger handling/check-in in-house in Oct 2023 after Swissport's exit; ramp and baggage handling sub-contracted to Willis Aviation. Covers commercial scheduled airlines. · Airport 06:00-22:00 LT (overtime/on request)

Airport owns/stores the fuel: 4x122,000 L Jet A1 tanks plus 60,000 L AvGas at the on-site bunded fuel farm; Jet A1 and AvGas available. Into-plane fuelling delivered by Menzies.

Into-plane fuelling at Teesside; Menzies' own MME station page confirms it provides fuel services here (airport owns the fuel farm, Menzies delivers into-plane). Longstanding fuel provider at the airport.

De-icing fluid available at the airport fuel farm and aircraft de-icing via the airport ramp operation; winter season.

Line maintenance and AOG support under WASL Part-145 approval. EASA/CAA approvals cover A320, B737, ATR 42/72 and Embraer types (per airport Jet Centre page).

Part-145 base/heavy maintenance incl. C-checks; new ~GBP 13.5m hangar facility under construction from April 2025 servicing 737 and A320. Long-term base-maintenance partnership with Jet2.com expanded to two maintenance lines (announced July 2025). WLFC leased an additional 50 acres at Teesside (Oct 2025).

External aircraft wash facility offered at the Teesside Jet Centre FBO (listed among airport-page amenities).

Airport ramp GSE incl. Trepel Champ 70W high loader and FMC Commander 15 low loader plus associated dollies, tugs/pushback tugs (incl. hydrogen- and electric-powered units), and aircraft water/toilet servicing.

Airport-run GBP 2.5m cargo handling facility (opened Aug 2022, ~21,000 sq ft): X-ray/ETD security screening, customs clearance, cargo weigh scales, pallet wrapping, temporary storage up to 90 days, dangerous-goods acceptance. Hosts FedEx air freight; European Cargo launched an A340F China base in March 2026 (note: European Cargo entered administration 3 June 2026).

Air freight operation live since June 2024 from Hangar 3 (~8 weekly flights relocated from Newcastle; ~196,000 lbs/week capacity), plus a separate five-year road-freight lease at Hangar 1. FedEx is the operator; the airport cargo facility provides screening and customs.

Airport-operated terminal and airside security; CAA Regulated Agent status for secure cargo, with dedicated cargo X-ray screening (two scanners, 100x100 and 180x180 apertures) plus ETD at the cargo facility.

Crew/passenger ground transportation arranged through the Teesside Jet Centre FBO.

Pilot/crew briefing room, complimentary refreshments and snacks, and FBO flight-support amenities at the Teesside Jet Centre. · 08:00-20:00 LT
