Favori has also faced recurring allegations of mistreating Somali staff (incl. women workers) and, as of Jun 2026, the Auditor General was publicly pressing the operator to implement outstanding audit recommendations — Favori nonetheless remained the operator through mid-2026 per operator and press statements.
