Regional airport serving NW Northern Ireland. Current scheduled service is entirely UK domestic: easyJet (Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool), Loganair (Glasgow + the London-Heathrow PSO route), and Ryanair UK (Manchester). Hebridean Air, Skybus and Aurigny do NOT serve LDY. The airport retains full UK Border Force customs/immigration and handles international charters/connections, so it is internationally capable (intl=true) despite all scheduled flights being domestic. One operational runway (08/26); a former military runway 02/20 is disused. Equipped with ILS, unusual for a small UK regional airport.
