Heliport operated by Mittarfeqarfiit (now under the merged Greenland Airports). Following the opening of Qaqortoq Airport (IATA JJU / ICAO BGQO) on 16 April 2026, South Greenland helicopter services were restructured: two Airbus H125 helicopters based at Qaqortoq fly year-round to Narsaq and Nanortalik. Narsaq's current scheduled lifeline link is Qaqortoq–Narsaq (up to ~2 daily return weekday rotations). Narsarsuaq (UAK/BGBW) was downgraded to a heliport and is NOT a current scheduled destination from Narsaq; Qaqortoq Heliport (BGJH) closed.
