Airport contact
In-town Coyhaique aerodrome used by Aerocord for a subsidized regional commuter route to Chile Chico, while Transportes San Rafael serves Melinka and the Guaitecas archipelago from here; complements (does not replace) Balmaceda Airport (BBA) roughly 55 km away, which handles the city's mainline jet traffic, so Teniente Vidal serves a general-aviation and short-hop Patagonian feeder role rather than international or bulk commercial traffic.

Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC)
DGAC administers the aerodrome directly (public-use PUB field, admin: DGAC per AIP/IFIS, confirmed on DGAC's own 70th-anniversary aerodrome article which lists 7 on-site DGAC staff); no dedicated third-party ramp/ground-handling company is documented - general aviation, air-ambulance/medevac and rescue-flight operators self-handle turnarounds at this small regional field.

Aerocord
Regional Aysén/Los Lagos air-taxi and small-cargo carrier (Cessna Caravan fleet) lists a Coyhaique office at General Parra #21 on its own corporate site, self-handling its own light-aircraft movements. DGAC's own Teniente Vidal aerodrome page corroborates regular GA flights from this field to Isla de Melinka and Puerto Aguirre, both of which are Aerocord's known destinations, supporting an actual on-field presence; however the carrier's online booking widget lists Puerto Montt, Chaitén, Melinka, Puerto Aguirre, Isla Mocha and Lebu as bookable points rather than Coyhaique directly, and aerocord.cl was unreachable (connection timeout) for independent contact verification, so scheduled-flight frequency and contact details remain unconfirmed.

Aircraft fuel
Unconfirmed
Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC)
Jet A-1 fuel is reported available on-field, consistent with this DGAC-administered aerodrome's regular GA flights, aeromedical-evacuation and Carabineros-helicopter operations. The previously cited third-party pricing/tracker source ("FuelFly", ~CLP 1,785/L) could not be located or verified. A claim that AVGAS 100LL was NOTAM'd unavailable (cited as NOTAM C3037/26, 22 Jul-21 Aug 2026) could not be verified either - NOTAM databases are not independently checkable via open web search, and the level of specificity is itself a red flag for a fabricated citation, so this NOTAM detail should be treated as unconfirmed, not fact. No separate named fuel-supply company was identified beyond the DGAC-administered field itself.

Carabineros de Chile
Maintains a helicopter base at Teniente Vidal for police patrol and search-and-rescue operations. Directly confirmed on DGAC's own Teniente Vidal 70th-anniversary page, which states Carabineros helicopter units conduct patrols and rescue operations from this location; a specific passenger/aircraft security-screening function at this field is not independently confirmed.
