Airport operating company (VINCI Airports subsidiary) self-handles all commercial and business aviation traffic under IATA Ground Handling Agreement (GHA) 2018. Handling rate (per fee schedule) includes marshalling, wheel-chock positioning/removal, passenger boarding/disembarking, baggage handling, administrative support (immigration/customs), liaison with ATC, crew assistance and push-back. Handling is mandatory for all aircraft >3 t MTOW (all aircraft on winter Saturdays) and all helicopters with passengers. · Business terminal Mon-Sat 07:00-21:00, Sun/holidays 08:00-21:00 LT; extensions on request (charged per hour)

Named aircraft fuel supplier at GNB on the airport's own technical-information page ("Fuel: Air BP"). Both Jet A1 and AVGAS 100LL are dispensed; a fuel delivery charge (Jet A1 0.22/hl, AVGAS 100LL 0.30/hl) is levied by the SEAGI-authorised fuel company per the business aviation fee schedule.

De-icing / anti-icing / combined de-anti-icing offered as a charged additional option, priced by wingspan category (CAT 1-7) and part/full operation (winter season). Provided by SEAGI ramp.

Catering order and delivery arranged through the business aviation terminal on request, charged at a 15% administration fee; basic items (bottled/coffee/hot water, ice, food storage) sold directly. No separately-named on-airport caterer is published.

Cabin cleaning (hovering, counter and table-top wipe-down), cleaning-equipment rental, dish-washing service (incl. handwashing and half-load options), and unsorted bin/waste service for business aviation, billed per operation by SEAGI.

Ramp equipment and services billed directly by SEAGI: GPU (start-up only, and continuous usage up to 60 min), ASU (per additional 15 min), toilet/lavatory service, potable water, and push-back (seasonal pricing). Rates published in the business aviation fee schedule.

As the airport operator, SEAGI is responsible for sovereign safety and security missions (incl. passenger/baggage screening) at GNB, per UAF/Isère department descriptions. This is a regulatory operator function rather than a separately-sold FBO handling product; the screening agents themselves are typically subcontracted and no specific screening contractor for GNB is publicly named.

Crew assistance included in the handling rate; passenger/crew meet-and-assist via the business terminal. Taxi, transport, and car-rental reservations arranged on request at a 15% administration fee. A charged PRM (reduced-mobility) passenger service applies per departing passenger.

Hotel reservation and associated admin arranged via the business aviation terminal at a 15% administration fee (per published fee schedule).
