Home-base ground handler at DTM (founded 1995), located Flugplatz 7-9, 44319 Dortmund. Provides passenger/ticketing services, load control, lost & found, and operational support for commercial and executive aviation. Menzies Aviation JV partner in Germany since 2017 (Munich/Frankfurt/Duesseldorf/Hamburg).

Operator-run General Aviation Terminal (GAT) handling for business/private aviation: basic ground handling, basic turnaround/transit/technical handling, PAX and crew meet & assist, airside crew transport. Airport-operated aircraft de-icing (specially trained staff). Per official airport news (winter 2025/26): 3 'Elephant' de-icing vehicles, up to 50,000 L aircraft de-icing fluid, water-glycol mixture heated to ~60C. Winter season.

On-site MRO at DTM (Flugplatz 11): line maintenance and AOG service for business/private and piston aircraft; took over the Dortmund maintenance operation in January 2020. EASA Part-145 (DE.145.0440).
