Lifeline routes to Guernsey (GCI) and Southampton (SOU) are branded by Aurigny Air Services but, since late 2025, are operated on Aurigny's behalf by partner Isles of Scilly Skybus using DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft (replacing Aurigny's retired Dornier 228 fleet); summer 2026 is the first full season under the Skybus operation. A second scheduled carrier, Finist'air, operates a seasonal international route Alderney-Jersey-Brest (France) (Cessna 208B, ~twice weekly Fri/Sun, late May to end September 2026), making Alderney an airport with current scheduled international service.

Sole year-round scheduled carrier and AIP-recognised handling agent at Alderney; self-handles its own aircraft. As of 2025/26 the Dornier 228 has been retired (last flight Feb 2026) and Alderney services are now flown with DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft under a Skybus wet-lease in Aurigny livery.
